Even though about half the time I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing, both my bosses just told me that I'm awesome. That really makes me feel better about this job. :)

Perk of my new job: I never have to pay for bread or buns again.

Of course, the freebies are all near expiration, but the way I see it - if there's no visible mold, then it's edible!

This perk is good for whatever is in the company's thrift store at any given moment. There's plenty of breads and buns, but there's also often Little Debbie and ( Read more... )

Every day I pack myself a lunch that, though usually quite bland, is at least carb balanced and within my dietary allowances. On days when we are very busy, however, if I feel that my blood sugar is low from strenuous activity, I will order lunch from Lucky Wishbone.
